200 degrees Celsius = about 400 Fahrenheit

I cooked this but in the video I heard him say 200 degrees for around 35
minutes. That is way too low. All other recipes say at least 400. It was
raw and i wound up over cooking it a bit. But it was delicious!

The more of these videos i watch the less i see the angry, loud and poor
mannered t.v chef I thought I knew, and the more i see the intelligent,
talented, experienced and dedicated man Gordon Ramsay really is.
