You can substitute octopus for something else. And then there are always
online stores!

It’s hard as hell to find the ingredients in my Hometown (Mexico), but
there’s a tiny restaurant that makes these… GOD, LOVE IT!!!

Home made Takoyaki is pretty amazing. Get a pan, and start making it!

Can you tell me how I can make my takoyaki batter stop sticking to the pan?
It’s cast iron and I’ve seasoned 3 times already and before I cook I put a
generous amount of oil in the pan yet it keeps sticking. I don’t know what
I’m doing wrong? It stucks so badly that the balls become a burnt mush and
the takoyaki becomes impossible to flip it’s so frustrating.

You can look for a lot of Japanese ingredients on this website
http://Www.mitsuwa.com

They don’t have takoyaki pan however. They are tamagoyaki pan.

Can you use any other broth besides dashi broth? Not living in a city makes
it hard for this US girl to find dashi broth :(

what is the best substitute for the dashi broth? I have a friend that is
allergic to seafood or fish. I’m scared she might have a reaction to the
broth. So what can replace it?

I just purchased an electric Takoyaki maker from Amazon for only $18, and
I’m really excited to try this recipe! Do you know if the electric
Takoyaki maker will also produce a nice crust like the cast iron one that
you are using?

Good day ! is there a good substitute for dashi broth? I can’t find one in
my country. All i see in grocery stores are beef, chicken and pork in
bouillon cube forms… I would love to try your recipe soon !!!
