I always get excited by a good wholesome stuffing. I worry though about the
impact on my body..waxy, oily and spicy can colour and over acidify the
empty spaces in my dish even though there is lemon involved. Moist and
juicy is fine, but my cats often get to my delicious fragrant lemony
roasting juices and although my cats are wormed it worries me about how low
the pH rating is on this ..Who wouldn’t ?

Soooo… all this amazing cooking and hassling in the kitchen for 2 hours
just to fuck the dish up with a lemon in the end? Sour, lemony chicken
gravy? No, thank you sir…
This was so gross and such a waste of all those ingredients and beautifully
rosted chicken.
No more fancy, flashy celeb cooking for me… Lets focus on the taste,
shall we?

I just have a question he said put the Chorizo in the pan to get the oils
out, but then he adds olive oil, uhh?

im very confused, why stuff the chicken, then take out the stuffing an put
it in a dish, its not stuffing then is it?

the fatty liquid is just wrong an then mixing a whole lemon is just sickly.
i respect gordons cooking but its always time and lemon, iv tried lemon
with chicken sea bass and others just to try cause i was curious an lemon i
believe doesnt go well with hot foods, its sweet an jst fucks your mouth up

my last comment is always, the chicken it self is just chicken, its only
the skin that is flavored. i really dont see the point and its a very
boring animal

I hate spicy food. A good cook/chef knows how to cook without spices.
He/she knows how to use seasoning to enhance the flavor of food, not
destroy it with spices. Spicy food is a sure sign of a bad chef.
