I like this style for your videos more, the style of the new ones is not
really allowing to appreciate the small details of your preparation, lovely
work by the way, I’d love to visit your restaurant one day here in Mexico

What if those mustard seeds, in reality, are alive and that’s why they jump
around when added to heat… O_O

I don’t have any Michelin stars, but I would say that that is a potato
crepe not a pancake.

I must ask. When you chop garlic like that how do you not smell 100% garlic
afterwards? Is there a secret way of wawshing that I don’t know about?

I’m sure there’s a name for this in India. Why not just call it that??
That’s not what pancakes are about. That more resembled a stuffed crape
than a pancake. Also, he burnt the fuck out of them, looked gross.

There are quite a few things worse than a bland pancake Gordon Romsey…
Pan on! Choppity Chop… Ginger..nice… Garlic…mmmmm…Jam sponge and
Birds Custard!!
Got to love him…Even though he has a tendency to over acidify his
blancmanges and desserts..Great work and retrospective !!

I consider myself very adventurous with food but I’m not seeing this as a
breakfast dish. As brunch MAYBE or lunch for sure but breakfast? Maybe I’m
spoiled by my crepes, popovers, fresh bread and cold cuts.
