And before anyone says yes I’m a chef, self taught and I NEVER measure
anything even when baking I can guess and my bread/cakes etc always turn
out awesome! Yes I’m arrogant but what chef isn’t! lol

Ingredients – 1 loaf
350g plain flour (extra for dusting)
150g wholemeal flour
1 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp caster sugar
450ml buttermilk

preheat oven 200c, cook for 30-35 min.

Love your work Gordon! I’ve been a fan of yours since you were going around
yelling at nasty restaurant owners in, “Kitchen Nightmares”, to “Hell’s
Kitchen”, To “Master Chef” And “Master Chef Junior” You are the best. And
for someone older not bad looking! I love your hair!! ;)
