Don’t knock it till you try it. I tried it this morning and it was really
good. I think I will be cooking my eggs like this from now on it does take
a little bit of more work.

I’m a noob, but what kind of cream did he use? Can I find it in an American
store like albertsons or costco?

Everyone just shut the hell up about how runny the eggs are! Everyone likes
them different. I prefer this than the damn overcooked dry ass scrambled
eggs. This is how they do it in Europe now shut the hell up already gosh.

Yuck! This must be the way eggs are served in Europe. I like eggs runny
when they are sunny side up or fried, but I had scrambled eggs as part of
my brunch at a nice restaurant in Germany and they were sooooo wet, just
like this, and I just couldn’t eat it… And I couldn’t share with my baby
daughter because babies aren’t supposed to eat raw egg. To each his own,
but I’ll be sticking to my American way of making scrambled eggs… Soft,
but able to fork.

literature four chunks of butter and a small cup of cream in the scramble
eggs. Plus the croissant with, if i remember correctly, half of the
croissant is made of butter. Ramsays’ health is a BIG issue because of
Gordon Ramsay.

Because there is so much stirring, the sides of the pan get egg that burns
to it and it is a bitch to get out. Even when I liberally spray it with
Pam. :/

Are half of the people commenting not able to read/ comprehend the meaning
of this video?

This is meant for christmas morning or christmas in general, and other
holidays . It’s ok to eat like that during the holidays!
For those that complain; remember that no one is forcing you to make this,
and you could always adjust it to taste .

I’m pretty sure chef Ramsay knows exactly what he is doing , given that he
is one of the best chefs in the world and we are not . And why are people
being so rude towards him?

We have a brain; it is allowed to use it !:)

I followed Ramsay’s recipe and the eggs were pretty damn good. It does take
longer and requires a little more attention to get them just right. I
thought they would be runny but they weren’t. They were creamy and
delicious. I realized I have been overcooking my eggs for the last 40
years.
