Can I use canned salmon? Is there a special brand and type of salmon to
use?

This didn’t look very appetizing. But I would still love to try.

My own speedy gonzales version is fresh Japanese rice with tsukemono,
topped with furikare, all drowned in hot water. The sweet, salty and
vinegary flavours all go so well together!
