so how is lamb supposed to be cooked? Is it like a steak so its rare – med
rare or is it supposed to be brown all the way through like a pork. so say
a med – med well? In terms of most flavor

I think Gordon’s recipes can be hit-n-miss when I see them on YouTube. This
one moved me though, and I decided to make it. It DID indeed live up to
what he suggested as a great dish. Worth trying, and very inexpensive.

I tried to cook this but the bread stuck to the pan and burnt a bit.
I should have used a non-stick pan… thats why its called fucking
non-STIIIIIICK!!

I dunno about this to be honest, that vinaigrette has a LOT of strong
flavours in it and lamb’s pretty flavoursome already.
