OMG Shishito Peppers are totally like galician Padron Peppers in
northwestern Spain. I bet like 1 out of 10 of those peppers is spicy as
hell!!

in the movie “Wolf Children Ame and Yuki”, the mother Hana makes something
like these skewers and dips it into a cup of sauce like you’re doing, but
she doesn’t grill it again. is it the same thing?

looks delicious and amazing cooking as always XD. It reminds me of ‘sate’,
a dish from Indonesia, which is served with peanut sauce, chopped red
onions and you may want to put some sweet soy sauce or maybe chopped chili
over the dish. Anyway, I love your headband :D

I believe it’s a mistranslation. Those are leeks, not spring onions.
Francis called them “negima” which means “leek skewers”.

Always like your show. But not sure about the dog next to the stove. Will
his hair get into the food? (Don’t get me wrong, I love pets and I have a
dog at home too. Just speaking from an experience). LOL

If you have a grill (“BBQ”) outside, just use that! You really want an open
flame for this.
