Like if you were also mislead by the photo thinking the peach was the
jello.

I thought they were going to share some fancy recipe of how to make peach
jello that is shaped and looks like a peach

Thank you for waiting! This gorgeous homemade jello has lots of peach
flesh! The recipe uses a minimum amount of gelatin to give the jello a
pleasant texture, which goes great with the soft peach flesh. 🙂 You can
adjust the amount of the gelatin to taste. Unlike agar agar, the gelatin
quickly melts on hot summer days so enjoy it as soon as possible. We
recommend using soft ripe peaches to give the jello a smooth texture! The
sweetness of peaches varies so you should adjust the amount of sugar
accordingly.

That first taste didn’t look too convincing for some reason xD But I’m
making it this Valentine’s so hopefully it turns out sweetly refreshing. 🙂
If all else fails, I’ll try the lassi instead >.< So nervous!

Is this a ‘Japanese’ peach? I have never seen a peach that looks like that!
In Canada our peaches look much different!

I think at some point Japanese/Asian people mixed Apples into their
peaches. Here in Niagara Peninsula fresh Ontario peaches are in season. The
skin is a bright and vibrant orange with almost red hues. The flesh inside
is bright yellow, very juicy and sweet. I would love to try this Asian
Peach but it doesnt look anywhere near as yummy as my local ones.

Agar agar or Kanten can be used in this recipe instead of the gelatin. 🙂
The amount used in the puree may be different from the gelatin so make sure
to read the instructions on the package. We think using a slightly less
amount of agar, kanten or gelatin will create a soft texture and it goes
great with the peach jello! Unlike gelatin, agar or kanten should be boiled
in water until it is dissolved. Please watch our Fruit Cream Anmitsu video
on how to make Kanten (http://youtu.be/FGXq_OgdHHU). ੯ू❛ัू ໒⑅꒱ To learn
more about agar, please check this article. 🙂
