I love Japanese Bakery’s! There so unique! The ones in the USA have great
quirks and decor but they never have anything like the Japanese Bakery’s.
I’d love to open a bakery like a Japanese bakery. All original and family
friendly.

I would buy at least 6 Francis plush toys if they were for sale. Possibly
more.

What I love about Japan is the great pride and joy owners take in their
businesses and how much they appreciate their customers. 🙂
I used to visit this coffee shop in Suita; It was a dingy old place next to
the train tracks, but the elderly owner was always so nice to us, and his
coffee and sandwiches were delicious, so we ended up becoming regulars
there. I miss the old man :'( I hope his business is still doing well.

Francis, you need to demonstrate some Japanese baking recipes, so those of
us abroad can learn to make these treats!
