these video’s are from his home in London..
the production company, Channel 4 or something like that has decided to
throw up that nasty copyright notice on full length videos of this amazing
show he put on.
too bad i didn’t think of this happening a year ago when i decided to watch
these the first time around… should have recorded them :/

This seems it would be vegan friendly without the fish sauce and chicken
broth.. I wish Gordon started up a Vegan recipe channel. It would be
awesome. I’ve been a big fan of Gordon for years.

Dear Gordon,

My name is Angel Pagan, I am an aspiring chef. Or rather my dream is to be
a chef, I want to have my own restaraunt some day. It is my dream to join
the ranks of you and your peers, I currently live in NYC. Home of some of
the worlds best food. And I need a bit of mentorship in order to be very
good at what I do. If possible I would like to pay you a visit or to have
you pay me a visit. So that we can have a lesson. I need to brush up on
fine dining style foods. And would love to meet and be taught something by
my idol. I want to be your protogè.

Sincerely, Angel Pagan

Do you ever wonder how many tries it takes to get the recipe and procedure
we see in the videos? I was thinking that the spices used, and the amounts,
particularly, would require a heck of a lot of experience and knowledge to
get it right in one shot.

That said, I don’t doubt Gordon Ramsay’s experience, though I would think
it would not be impossible that he has to experiment and tweak things on
subsequent tries to get something just right.

“fish sauce and cimmer” –> actually, fish sauce in simmering will not
smell ‘great’ in you kitchen. I usually use fish sauce *after* simmering.
Believe me, it brings better aroma :)

I wonder what Gordon Ramsay would think of a sandwich consisting of:
Mozzarella Sticks, Chicken Fingers, French Fries and Marinara Sauce on a
foot long roll.
