This is just plain bad. That dough is way too thick, to start with.
Cinnamon? Are you serious? If you dont add a tad of sugar to the onion, you
will taste the empanada over and over again all day. And the beef has to be
chopped sirloin. Groud beef is for burgers. Save it for the barbecue, with
the chimichurri that doesn’t belong anywhere near an empanada. Thank you.

Very important amount of ingredients. plz write descriptions for your
recipes =) Ramsay do you have the best recipes of shawarma with chicken in

Hey guys, I have this one specific idea of what belongs in an empanada, and
everything that deviates from it even in slightest terms is worth being a
blistering douchebag about it in the youtube comment section.

Primero para todas las personas que se quejan de la canela en la empana…
alguna vez provaron empanadas dulces? la misma mierda. y segundo. sì la
empanada no se come con el chimichurri. es verdad, la empanada no lleva
aderezo. pero intenta ponerselo al picadillo ( la mezcla de carne picada) y
despues hablamos si les gusta o no. esta es como una alternativa. empanada
dulce que podes comer picante, también si queres. no es obligatorio.
tampoco hay que olvidar que el no es originalmente argentino y por ende no
tiene mucha idea de la experiencia de preparar y saborear una empanada
casera.

Firstly, they look really tasty. Secondly, in my 26 years of living in
Argentina I have never ever seen anyone eat empanadas with chimichurri.
Just saying

I would thin out the puff-pastry more; almost see through; too thick and it
will empower the overall taste of the empanada. Don’t know why people are
knocking the cinnamon with the ground beef; it is delicious. It is used in
Moroccan cuisine.

Hmm… not sure about adding cinnamon to the filling but to be fair, I’d
like to try it once to see how it tastes. Great shortcut by using the puff
pastry though, they come out a bit puffier, but hey, it does make
everything easier.

En ningun momento del video el viejo dijo que eran empanadas Argentinas, ya
dejen decir que asi no se preparan y la verga. El chef simplemente preparó
su versión de las empanadas. Y aparte en un comertario el Chef Gordon dice
que es una “version simplificada de las empanadas de carne usando masa para
hojaldre comprada en la tienda”. No se avionen raza.
